Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Air Care website or scheduling any services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Air Care, located in Eucha, OK.
By accessing or using the Air Care website or booking any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
1. Scope of Service and Warranties
A. General Service Disclaimer
Air Care provides professional HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance services. While we strive for excellence, HVAC systems are complex, and the diagnosis of issues is based on visible and testable conditions at the time of service.
B. Manufacturer Warranties
New equipment (e.g., furnaces, AC units, heat pumps) installed by Air Care is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Air Care is not the warrantor for new equipment; however, we will perform necessary service to facilitate warranty repairs as per our service agreement with you.
C. Labor Warranty
Air Care warrants the labor performed during repairs and installation for a period to be specified on your invoice, typically 90 days for repairs and 1 year for New Installs from the date of service. This warranty covers issues arising directly from the labor performed.
2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
A. Estimates and Pricing
All initial service quotes and estimates are based on a preliminary assessment. The final price for complex repairs or installations may vary based on unforeseen issues discovered during the work. We commit to providing upfront pricing after a full diagnosis is complete, and no work beyond the diagnosis will begin without your authorization.
B. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due in full upon completion of the service visit unless a pre-approved financing arrangement is in place. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
C. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you notify us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service window. Failure to notify us may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to our standard diagnostic charge.
3. Use of Website
A. Intellectual Property
All content on the Air Care website, including text, logos, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Air Care and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
B. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., Housecall Pro, Premiere One, financing partners). Air Care has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air Care, nor its employees or contractors, shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Unforeseen damage caused by pre-existing conditions in your home (e.g., faulty ductwork or structural issues).
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
